Pregnancy Health Coach

Expecting moms need to know how to have a healthy pregnancy and I can help! I use yoga, nutrition and health coaching to empower and educate pregnant and post-partum mothers with simple, practical ways they can create a healthy womb environment, enhance their baby’s growth and development, minimize the risk of health issues, and create a strong and lasting bond with their baby.

I provide you with the tools and resources you need in every stage pregnancy and beyond for a healthy, happy experience.
